SHIPPING POLICY

 SHIPPING METHOD

  • We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
  • All prices listed are inclusive of GST.
  • As of now we do not ship outside of India.
  • A shipping fee of ₹150/- is applied to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

REVERSE PICK-UP SERVICES

  • If you have opted for an exchange, we provide a reverse pick-up service.
  • If you send a product for repair after the warranty period, all shipping charges will be borne by you.
  • Please ensure that all items are packed in their original packaging before handing them over to the delivery partner.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH

  • Each of our exquisite pieces is meticulously crafted to order.
  • You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is confirmed. 
  • We strive to dispatch your order within 3-4 working days, with potential variations based on the shipping address.
  • Customization requests may require additional time. 
  • Please note that we do not offer exchanges for custom orders. Please refer to our Exchange & Repair Policy for clarity.

STEPS TO CANCEL OR MAKE CHANGES AFTER ORDER IS PLACED

  • Cancellation: Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. You must inform us within this timeframe; cancellations requested after 24 hours will not be entertained. If you cancel within 24 hours, the amount will not be refunded, but a credit note or coupon of the same value will be provided.
  • Changes: If you wish to make changes to your order (e.g., name, address, pincode, design) before it has been shipped, please notify us within 24 hours. Requests for changes made after 24 hours will not be entertained.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, delivery typically takes 3-7 days, depending on your location.
  • Requests for address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not been shipped from our warehouse.
  • To ensure smooth communication, please provide your correct phone number & email address with every order.

TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your package is dispatched, you will promptly receive an email containing your tracking information.
  • While we are committed to assisting in tracking your parcel, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or unforeseeable circumstances, especially if they are attributed to our delivery partner.
