Shipping charges will depend on location to be delivered. It is automatically calculated at the time of checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
As our products are handmade and made to order, we need 3-4 days to ship a bracelet and 7-10 days to ship a necklace. It takes about 1 -3 working days in transit to deliver the order depending on location.
Kindly Note
Sometimes, delivery may take longer duration due to bad weather conditions, transportation delays, political disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances. Insurance
Stone Story insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Stone Story and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Tracking Details
Once your shipment is booked tracking details will be shared with you . Kindly check your message/ email for regular updates. If the tracking details sent do not provide sufficient information or if it shows message as ‘Contact Customer Care’ or anything else, please contact Courier customer care from their website, they will help you in delivery according to your convenience.
