RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

All the products are handmade and well-crafted by the makers, and all the orders are made on demand; therefore, to appreciate the time and efforts of the makers, we do not offer any return and refund policy. The bracelet and other items are covered under a warranty of a period of 2 years, and they can be exchanged for the same item or the item of the same cost if the item itself is damaged or the size doesn't fit. The warranty covers the exchange of a broken item, I.e., if your bracelet or any other item breaks in a period of 2 years of purchasing; we are happy to restring it for you for no charges, excluding the cost of shipping which will be split between us and you. (You will cover the shipping to have the bracelet returned to us, and we will cover the cost to send it back to you). After 2 years, we will not be able to support you with the concern of restring, but we will be happy to support you in any other way.

Please follow these steps to avail of the exchange facility:

  1. You can email us at support@stonestoryjewellery.com or call us at +91 9627153422 within 2 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product you want to exchange.
  2. Once we receive your request, we will initiate the pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order. The customer will have to bear the cost of shipping the goods to us. In case you want to restring the product, please send it to the following address: STONE STORY, Office No. 1&1A, 3rd Floor, Block No. 38/4-A, Sanjay Place, Agra-282002
  3. We do not offer reverse pickup service for International orders where the address is outside of India.
  4. Please hand over the product to our logistics partner when they come to your doorstep. Also, the product tags should be intact with their original packing; else, we will not be able to process your return/exchange. Reverse pickup usually takes 1-3 days from the day the request is initiated.
  5. After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
  6. Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will issue your exchanged product.
